Features
- CHASSIS All steel welded construction. Main longitudinal members: 2 Nos “I” section of material IS 2062 + EBR 350 Equivalent running along the full length of the trailer. Rolled cross members of material IS-2062 are positioned at suitable locations to support the pallets. A 3.15 mm thick chequered sheet shall be provided.
- LANDING LEG One set of two-speed landing legs shall be provided at the front end. Make: YORK OR EQUIVALENT
- KING PIN 2” kingpin equivalent to IS: 6763 Part I provided Make: YORK OR EQUIVALENT.
- SUSPENSION 09 leaf tridem suspension Make: YORK ( YTE 75) / OR EQUIVALENT
- BRAKES Twin line air brake system coupled to tractor brake system. Trailer brakes are actuated by a tractor. The parking brake shall be manually actuated. Brake chamber T30/T24 shall be provided in all axles. LQRV provided for Break efficiency.
- PAINTING Surface Shall be cleaned by shot blasting, 1coat primer and one coat quick dry paint as finish paint.
